About The Artist, Arlene Robbins

Ms. Robbins is a professional watercolorist artist residing in New York City.  She works in the tradition of the great British watercolorists and has studied at the National Academy of Design and the Art Students League of New York.  Ms. Robbins has lectured about painting technique and the history of watercolor.

Among her many awards, Robbins has received the prestigious Red Dot Award from the Art Students League of New York, The Cynthia Shipp Goodgal Memorial Award and she was selected as 'Woman of Vision in the Arts" by the Environmental Protection Agency.

Her watercolors and graphite drawings are included in private and public collections.  She welcomes commissions and teaches private and group lessons.
